Hayley is a passionate student of Yoga, Qi Gong and various movement modalities, with over 20 years teaching experience. She first discovered Yoga and the Healing Arts in 1999, following a background in dance training to professional level.
Hayley is fascinated by the moving body and the body/mind relationship. In her classes she creates a safe space for the people to discover their own unique expression of embodied movement; that is grounded in pleasure, playfulness and curiosity, and without comparisons, judgement or expectations.
Her classes are playful and down to earth, suitable for all bodies and levels of experience. The practice may be dynamic and flowing or slower and more explorative, but it is always rooted in fundamental principles, aligning with seasonal rhythms and creating the conditions for a deeper connection to life and nature.
Her classes include breathwork and meditation and offer an intelligent framework to support and integrate into daily life, as well as other styles of practice and bodywork.
Hayley loves retreats and has worked in this environment for over 25 years. She also works as a holistic chef in the retreat environment, working with nutrition and food energetics to craft bespoke menu’s that support and underpin the retreat process.
