Join us for our 4-night mid-week summer hiking yoga retreat in the Peak District From Monday - Friday at our stunning retreat in the Derbyshire Dales.

This July we have two mid-week yoga hiking retreats in the Peak District, to give more options of dates for everyone at this popular destination.

With 4 nights from Monday to Friday, you have the chance to really switch off and feel rejuvenated and revived at a stunning venue in the Derbyshire Dales, Hope Valley area.  With views across the valley of the Peak District, you will leave feeling like you have had a full escape away.

Our modern home for the Peak District retreat has all the cosy comforts you could ever need. Enjoy plush sofas, outdoor seating and a fire pit to stargaze. Curl up with a book in the sitting room or relax in a sun lounger on the terrace to chat with your new retreat friends.

Our days on this summer Peak District retreat will be filled but relaxing. Included in the price are two guided hikes with qualified mountain guides with hikes directly from the house, delicious plant-based meals, and yoga to nourish both body and soul.

Shared Twin/ Double Rooms – On all of our retreats, shared twin or doubles rooms mean two people sharing. If you book one space, you will be sharing with another guest.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: Please buy a travel insurance policy that works for you for any unforeseen circumstances and with a covid policy – even for UK retreats travel insurance is necessary.

Itinerary

On our July Peak District yoga retreat, access to the property is  from 4 pm when the retreat officially starts. This allows time to settle in before the first yoga class at 6 pm.  Dinner will be served at 8.00 pm.

The retreat will then end at 10 am on the last day after a shorter yoga class and brunch.

Morning yoga class to energise on the decking if sunny with stunning views

9.40am
Brunch of vegan and veggie delights

10.30am - 4pm
First day: Guided hike in the Peak District with qualified hiking guides with packed lunch

10.30am - 4pm
Second Day: Guided hike in the Peak District with qualified hiking guides with packed lunch

10.30am - 4pm
Third Day: A day to relax, have a massage, visit Chatsworth House or other attractions

5pm - 7pm
Restorative evening yoga class to unwind and revive

7.15pm
2 course vegetarian/ vegan evening meal

9pm
Fire pit, star gazing, hot choccy and marshmallows

10pm
Bedtime!

About the yoga

On our mid-week July Peak District yoga retreat, the classes are suitable for all abilities. From beginners to intermediate – everyone is welcome! Our inspiring and experienced teachers are well-practised at adapting the class to everyone’s level.

The yoga teacher will create a more dynamic class in the morning to get you ready for the day’s hike and the evening class will be slightly longer to enable deep relaxation with more restorative yoga styles.

All of our retreat chefs are highly experienced and passionate about their craft. We have always been a vegan/vegetarian company! Expect delicious and creative brunch, lunch, and 2-course evening meal. Each meal will be balanced to keep you energised all day.

This mid-week July Peak District retreat is suitable for anyone who'd like a relaxing staycation in the UK to feel refreshed. Yoga to relax, healthy food and time out to re-balance. Beginners are welcome, we love yoga newbies! The hikes are suitable for all levels with the times varying up to 3.5hrs each time.
